Seats are tailored and a crotch restraint with adjustable Velcro offers a more secure ride for infants on the main seat and on the Doubles Kit. The seat on the Doubles Kit now reclines for sleeping infants. The frame of the Sport locks in place after closing and folding the stroller. Wheels are quickly released with one easy touch and the wheel axles are made of solid steel. The redesigned and sleeker canopy offers a peek-a-boo window with a transparent vinyl pouch to store personal items. The parcel tray also offers pockets for extra storage and the handle is now adjustable for height with ergonomic shaping. The Phil & Teds Sport has a removable Grab Bar and is now offered in more colors.
The new Explorer by Phil and Teds Single still retains features relevant to the popularity of the original E3 Explorer. The front wheel can adjust from fixed to smooth ride swivel for advanced control of the buggy. The dual rear brake is easy to release; the compact alloy frame weighs only 24 pounds and can be folded with ease. The tires are inflatable, easy to maneuver around tight corners, and the stroller fabric is both washable and waterproof. Even though it has not been designated as a full-time jogging stroller, Phil & Teds Explorer Buggy can comfortably withstand almost any type of terrain at a brisk pace, especially with the lockable front wheel. Britax, Graco, and Evenflo car seat capsules are compatible with the new Sport Buggy with the use of Phil & Teds Travel System. The company offers a one-year manufacturer's warranty on the buggy for free of charge repair or complete replacement.
